About Me

David S. Feather is a 1990 graduate of the State University of New York at Binghamton and a 1993 graduate of Hofstra University School of Law.

The primary focus of Mr. Feather’s law practice, which is located in Garden City, New York, is the representation of clients in all aspects of employment and labor law.  This includes claims of employment discrimination and sexual harassment, as well as wage and hour claims.  Mr. Feather also negotiates, drafts and, if necessary, litigates employment contracts, non-compete agreements, and severance agreements, develops employee handbooks and conducts discrimination and harassment training for management and other employees.
